Public Access Computers, Internet Access & Printing
Public Access Computers (PACs)
All Oakville Public Library branches are equipped with public access computers. All PACs offer internet and e-mail access, word processing and printing. A library card is required to log in to the PACs. If you are not an Oakville resident, please see staff to obtain a temporary guest pass.
Wireless Internet (WiFi)
Wireless internet access (unsecured) is available at all library branches. Ensure your WiFi-compatible device is on and wireless networking is enabled. In your WiFi settings, select ‘Public Wireless’ and launch your browser. If you are having trouble connecting, ask a staff member for assistance. No library card is required.
Printing from PACs
Library cardholders may print documents or files from public access computers within the library. Non-cardholders may obtain a guest pass from the Circulation Desk if they wish to print items. For a list of printing costs, click here.
