This year for Ontario Public Library Week (OPLW), OPL will be highlighting our seven branches from the perspective of our OPL community.
The week was designed to showcase a love and appreciation for Ontario libraries and to raise awareness of the valuable role libraries play in our lives.
A library card can open doors to so much more than books, and who better to show us the endless possibilities than our dedicated OPL staff and community members.
Seven days, seven branches
While all our branches work harmoniously together, they have ’ve developed their own unique qualities and specialties in how they serve the respective neighbourhoods in which the branches reside. through the Oakville community and our dedicated staff.
During each day of OPLW we will feature a branch story along with stories from various a different OPL community member; staff, customers and, or partners all within the OPL community, to talk about what makes their respective branch experience unique.
Head to our Instagram
