Print your proof of COVID-19 vaccination documents for free at OPL

OPL is providing free printing of proof of COVID-19 vaccination documentation. This service is provided for everyone, cardholder or not. 

As of September 22, 2021, the provincial government mandates that you will be required to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination to access certain services, buildings, businesses, and other settings acrross Ontario. Note: OPL does not require proof of COVID-19 vaccination at OPL branches, with the exception of room rental bookings.

Access your documents now on the Province of Ontario’s COVID-19 Vaccine Booking Support webpage.

You will need:

  • Green Photo Health (OHIP) Card

  • Date of Birth

  • Postal Code (the one associated with your Health Card)

Either send your document to our printer using our mobile printing system, or use our public computers to download and print. 

Lamination services are not available at this time.
 

Sending your documents from home:

  1. Select which branch you’d like to send your print documents to by clicking on one of the locations below:

Central Branch 

Clearview Branch

Woodside Branch 

Glen Abbey Branch 

Iroquois Ridge Branch

White Oaks Branch

Sixteen Mile Branch

 

 
  1. Upload your downloaded COVID-19 vaccination documentation to send to print.  
  1. Once the file is sent, visit your selected library branch by the end of the day.  
  1. Visit your selected branch’s Print Release Station, enter your email address and select ‘Release a Print Job’.  
     
  2. Visit one of our OPL staff members at the Customer Service Desk to ask to override any costs.  


Printing your documents at OPL: 

  1. If you are not a cardholder, ask our staff at the Customer Service Desk for a guest pass to print from one of our public access computers. 

    If you are a cardholder log onto our public access computers using your library card number and your pin. 

  2. Download your COVID-19 vaccination documents here.
     

  3. Select "Print" to send to your branches OPL Print Release Station. 
     

  4. Print Release Station, enter your email address and select ‘Release a Print Job’.  
     

  5. Visit one of our OPL staff members at the Customer Service Desk to ask to override any costs.
