The Halton Community Services Directory (HCSD) is owned by Halton Information Providers (HIP), a coalition of community resource centres in Halton, which include:
- Oakville Public Library (lead agency)
- Burlington Public Library
- Halton Hills Public Library
- Milton Public Library
- The Halton Resource Connection
The directory is an online, simple and easy to use resource for finding programs and services provided by community, social service, health, government or relevant commercial organizations, located in or serving, the region of Halton. Listings cover a broad range of programs and services, from access to basic necessities of life, to enhancement of personal and social growth.

As part of HCSD, the Halton Youth Services Directory offers resources, programs and services specifically catered to youth such as:

Be Safe by mindyourmind is a free mobile app designed to support young people in reaching out during a crisis. The app aims to help users with making informed decisions and accessing relevant and reliable resources in their area.
Available on both Apple and Android devices, the BeSafe app is available to Halton Residents thanks to Halton Information Providers, in partnership with CMHA Halton and Halton Suicide Prevention Coalition.
