The Halton Community Services Directory (HCSD) is an easy-to-use online directory featuring over 4,000 listings. It covers a wide array of services—from basic necessities to personal development resources—offered by community, health, and social organizations across the region. Specialized directory views, such as Youth, Seniors', Parenting, and Newcomer Services, streamline searches based on specific needs. HCSD is managed by Halton Information Providers (HIP), a coalition led by Oakville Public Library.
