Can I send multiple documents and files to print at the same time?
Yes, you can now upload multiple documents and files.
Can I print multiple copies of the same document or file?
When printing from a Public Access Computer, you can choose to print multiple copies, however there is no option to print multiple copies through our online print service. Should you require multiple copies or duplicates, you can make photocopies or reprint the document using the ‘Reprint’ feature on the print release terminal located on the top left of the screen.
Do I need an OPL card to use the printing service?
No. Anyone can send documents and files to be printed at the library
What types of files can I send to be printed?
In addition to emails and websites, Microsoft Office formats, and file types such as .pdf, .png, .ppt and .jpg can be sent for printing.
When using the printing service, what types of paper can I print my documents on?
Legal (8 ½ x 14) and letter (8 ½ x 11) size paper are the only two paper options available. Only library provided paper may be used in the public printers.
After I submit my document or file to be printed, how long do I have to visit a library branch and collect it?
Submitted print jobs must be collected by the end of the library’s business day, on the day it was submitted. Next-day pickup is not available.
What payment methods are available?
Acceptable payment options are coins, credit or debit. All coins are accepted, with the exception of pennies
