Family Literacy Day 2025
Join us on January 27 for Family Literacy Day!
Family Literacy Day celebrates the power of reading and learning together as a family! Since 1999, schools, libraries, and communities have come together to promote literacy. Reading with your family and loved ones daily not only boosts their literacy skills but can also improve your own!
This year’s theme, "Learn to be Green, Together!" created by ABC Life Literacy Canada encourages us to adopt eco-friendly habits like using less electricity, commuting together, and reusing items. It’s a fun way to learn, connect, and be kind to the planet—all while strengthening literacy skills!
