About the Project

OPL Next is your invitation to contribute to OPL’s future Service Strategy and Strategic Plan. How can OPL enrich your life, your family, and your neighbourhood in meaningful ways? Your views will inform our community wide look at the services we offer, and how we deliver them. The outcome: a 4-year Strategic Plan and 10-year Service Strategy to guide our priorities and decisions.

To support this work, OPL has engaged Nordicity, an independent consulting firm with expertise in public libraries, community engagement, and strategic planning.
