Ontario Public Library Week 2026

This year's theme, Loud for Libraries, encourages everyone to share why libraries matter and celebrate the many ways libraries support learning, creativity, connection, and discovery. Throughout the week, customers can visit their local OPL branch to participate in interactive displays, share their library stories, and help showcase the many ways our community uses and values the library.

Whether you're borrowing a book, attending a program, discovering a new interest, or simply stopping by, every visit helps demonstrate the impact libraries have in our everyday lives.

Join us this Ontario Public Library Week and get Loud for Libraries!
